This dot sight reproduces the design of the EoTech EXPS3-0 Holo Site, which is widely used by citizens as well as special forces in countries around the US military.
The EXPS model series features a raised mount to reduce visibility interference when used with a magnifier, as the switch is on the side for improved maneuverability when used with a magnifier, and to reduce interference to the field of view during a complete set such as PEQ.
